I am a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with over 12 years of experience in the childcare field. My passion is in supporting children and families as they grow, learn, and achieve goals that help shape a positive, strong, and confident future. I believe that early childhood experiences play a vital role in lifelong development. I have also worked as a supervisor, where I developed leadership skills and learned how to build strong, collaborative teams focused on providing high quality care, meaningful learning experiences, and a nurturing environment for children and families.
