Homa – Supervisor

I have over ten years of experience in different positions in the field of Early Childhood Education and Development.

I have worked as an RECE and Supervisor in different childcare settings , and while working I have gained valuable skills such as time management, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication and leadership. Through my studies and the various placements, I have learnt a great deal about my own style of teaching. I strongly believe that children should be respected and their voices listened to as they are competent and creative learners. Through co-operative learning I will use my knowledge and skills to create a diverse and inclusive environment.  I want to create an environment where children and educators learn together by using child directed play and materials inspired by nature .
